The Cloud's low handle is a disadvantage however, as it's at knee level and isn't adjustable. It's difficult to push when your legs hang like that. And the lack of padding doesn't make it any easier.
In our tests, we discovered that the Cloud was simple to set up and opened. It's a bit more complicated to close, however. You must slide a slider, and then press a large white button for it to collapse. This can be frustrating when you're trying to keep your children entertained while you do it.
The Cloud comes with a small but deep storage basket that could be used to fit a medium-sized diaper bag. The basket is a bit narrow, and you may need to leave something in there to reach the back. The Cloud has two tray for parents and children with two cup holders however, they're both too narrow to comfortably hold larger cups or bottles.

Jeep Destination Ultralight SBS
Jeep Destination Ultralight SBS is an extremely lightweight, minimalist double stroller that is great for travel. It also is easily able to fit in the overhead compartments and the trunks of airplanes.
The Joovy Kooper X2 tri-folds and is ultralight, similar to the Summer Infant 3D Pac CS+ Double or Mountain Buggy Nano Duo. It is similar to the Jeep Destination Ultralight SBS but has some key differences. It's also a little more expensive, but it offers greater maneuverability and a larger sun canopy. It has a convenient carrying strap and can accommodate children who weigh up to 44 pounds per seat.
Summer Infant 3D Pac CS+
If you're looking for a stroller that's light but packed with features you'll find it in the Summer Infant 3D Pac CS+. It's not just light at just 13 pounds, but it offers plenty of storage space in the form of child and parent cup holders, a sippy cup for children pocket and a parent storage pocket and much more. This stroller is also compatible with a child's seat and features a flip-flop-friendly brake that is easily engaged. It's designed to grow with your children from a baby stroller to an adult stroller by attaching the car seat adapters (sold separately) and is suitable for children aged 6 months old and up.
Another thing to note about this stroller is that it only operates on swivel wheels, and doesn't have locking options which means it won't be the best option for terrain that is rocky or hilly. It maneuvers well on pavements, as well as other smooth surfaces, so it's still a great choice for most families.
